After your purchase, you have 14 days after the delivery date to decide to return the purchased products. Without any costs you can return the items and request a refund. The products need to be unopened. The costs for the return shipment are to be made on your behalf.
Within 30 days upon receiving your returned goods, we will repay the full purchase amount, except for the initial delivery costs.
Given the nature of the majority of our sold products, returned items need to be unused and unopened (bottles). The bottle seal needs to be intact and the items may not be damaged.
If you would like to return your products, you can fill in this form and send it to sales@conte-negroni.com. At the same time you can send your products to our return address: Conte Negroni – Klinkaart 126 – 9340 Lede (BE). The return costs are at the customers expense.
